• The regulator approved four bachelor programmes here and the university's own engineering department page lists three. Electronics and Communication Engineering is on the register with 48 places and is not on the university's list.3
• Civil Engineering carries 96 approved places, twice every other programme on this register and the largest single approved intake outside the Institute of Engineering.1
• All four programmes hold permanent recognition dated 2082-09-26, eleven years after the school was first approved in 2071.1
• Hydropower Engineering is taught at only two places on the nine engineering registers, and this is one of them. It is a Karnali province university teaching the subject the province exports.1
• The school also runs two masters degrees the regulator does not register as bachelor engineering: an MSc in Structural Engineering and an MSc in Construction Management.3
• The university publishes its BE entrance notice and its BE entrance result as separate notices on its own site, dated 29 August and 2 September 2026.2
• Its entrance portal resolves to a bare IP address rather than to a hostname, which means an applicant who checks the address bar before typing a password sees no domain name at all.2
